About

 Hello,

 I am a multimedia artist working with oil, watercolour and mixed media. Most of my current art is of Canadian landscapes as I feel it is the best way for me to reflect the beauty of our world and our connection to nature. I always work on plein air, so I can communicate with the beauty itself by reading its light and colours.

  I grew up in Siberia near Baikal Lake, a land which inspired me to start doing art. From 1992 to 1997 I studied art in the Private Art Studio of Lucian Dolinsky, St.Petersburg, Russia.

  Moving to Canada in 2011 has given me an opportunity to devote more time to do art. I became  involved with different art organizations in Ottawa and participated in numerous art events and exhibitions.
